Carolyn W. Parsons, MBA, CFP®
Financial Professional
As a financial professional with Equitable Advisors, I am dedicated to helping individuals and businesses build their financial futures. My education, experience and professional affiliations have fostered my approach to offering financial planning services to my clients. First I’ll consider your specific financial goals and investment objectives. Working together, we’ll formulate a strategy to help you address your goals. Then, if it is suitable, I can recommend the appropriate programs and services to help you execute your strategy.
To stay on top of my field, I am continually improving my professional skills. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and hold the Series 7 and 66 FINRA Registrations as well as licensed to provide life, LTC, disability and annuity programs. These credentials require continuing education and re-licensing or re-registration requirement. In addition to holding these securities and licenses, I have a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are very important to me. I am or have been a Board Member for several organizations including Focal Point Ministries and the Vintage East Homeowners Association, Denver Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association. I’ve been married to my husband Ken for nearly 30 years. I enjoy road and trail running and have completed 30 marathons. In the winter, I also enjoy skiing.
**CFP® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM are certification marks owned by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
